I was introduced to a really cool, free tool awhile back that I use daily to keep me organized.
It is Trello. It can be used on the computer and on the smartphone.
Trello is a collaboration tool that organizes your projects into boards. In one glance, Trello tells you what's being worked on, who's working on what, and where something is in a process.
I use it with my co-workers, clients and for myself to track where I am on a job and what still needs to be done.
Think of Trello as a bulletin board that you post information. You can attach files, share the board with others, set deadlines, and much more. The board can be broken up into sections of TO DO items, DOING items, DONE items, or any custom headings you wish.
I suggest you check this tool out to help you stay organized and on top of your tasks.
